Dice Of Death
My friends and I have played a variety drinking game called "Dice of Death".
The neat thing about this game is it can involve whatever you want.

Basically you need a pair of dice and a set of rules. You write down every
total the two dice can come to: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. For each total, you have
a reaction. Each player has a drink. They roll and then are responsible for
following the results of that roll.

Some ideas for rules:
2 - drink 2
3 - drink and roll again
4 - subject (roller thinks of a topic and each person states one. This
continues around the table until someone misses and drinks, then the dice is
passed on)
5 - Master of thumb (until someone else rolls it or until your next turn -
whatever)
6 - give a drink
7 - Drink designee
8 - Designee drinks
9 - make or break a rule
ETC - they can be whatever you want!

So, lets say joe rolls and gets a 2. He drinks two swigs and passes the
dice. Lauren rolls a 6 and gives a drink to Joe and then passes the dice.
Obviously you need to pick the difficult dice rolls (such as 12 or 2) to be
significant rolls and the easy ones (like 6, 8 or 10) to be less significant.

When you get a really good set of rules...KEEP THAT SHEET. We have one which
is stained, torn, burnt, smudged, but we still call it the "real" rulesheet.
