The game involves any bottle with a neck - ie 2 liter bottles of cider, less
(for a small game) of wines, spirits- whatever.

Each person takes it in turns to run through a small routine (the routine is
much more daunting when you play).

To start, you say "this is my first cardinal of the night", grip the bottle
with _one_ finger, take one swig, tap the bottle down once, hit the table with
one finger in this sequence (r for right, l for left) r top, l top, r
underneath, l underneath, r thigh, l thigh, then tap you r leg once and your l
leg once, then raise yourself off your chair once (sit down after). This should
all be completed in a fluid motion. Then you say "this is my second cardinal of
the night", then repeat the steps above using two fingers all the way, two
swigs, two taps, two sitting ups, etc. Then "this is my third and final
cardinal of the night", Three fingers, three taps, etc. Then you say "I am now
a cardinal Puff" and grip the bottle with all fingers and take one swig,
passing it on to your neighbor.

The secret of the game is that everyone has to watch the person closely, and if
ever there is the slightest mistake, yell "f**k up!!" at the person doing the
routine. Common mistakes include, for instance, using three fingers but only
tapping twice, forgetting to say "and final" on the third cardinal, etc. When a
mistake is spotted, the person has to start again. At the beginning. As you can
